The invention is characterised by changing the stitching sequence, in other words, the specific planar stitching for base fibre layers, designed to match the forces transmitted by the specific regions of the fibre composite structure material component, to initially give a ready-made fibre layer web with fibre layer sections of different alignment, including mono-directional fibre strips and, for example, fibre alignments in a range of ?45° to ?60°. Said ready-made fibre layer webs are then laid in three-dimensions following the required shape of the fibre composite material component for production such that a part of the ready-made fibre layer web is bent out of the working plane in relation to an other region of the fibre layer web, preferably curved on a single axis about an axis of curvature, preferably perpendicular to the mono-directional fibres and parallel to the strip plane of the mono-directional fibres. In said three-dimensional laid form the ready-made fibre layer webs are sewn to a support material to form a stabilised sub-fibre layer blank. |
