One embodiment of the image-capturing system comprises a light-emitting device (102) that emits light on an object (101); an image-forming device (103) that forms one or more images due to a light that is reflected from the object (101); and a processor (112) that analyzes motion of the object (101) to control electrical devices (111), where the light-emitting device (102) and the image-forming device (103) are configured to be portable.
