PVC-BASED PICTURES WITH METAL COATING, COATING COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR MAKING SAME

PVC-based pictures with metal coating, coating compositions and methods for making same are disclosed herein. The PVC-based pictures with metal coating comprise a core and a coating applied on the surface of the core. The core is made of PVC by molding, and has knaggy design. The metal coating is applied on the surface of the core. The methods for making the pictures include the following steps: a) molding, b) preparing coating compositions, c) coating, d) coloring. The coating compositions comprise copper powder, golden powder, additives and binding. Thus, the present invention has the advantages of low cost, easy to be carried out, strong metallic feeling with less metal, outstanding stereo, durable and easy to be transported, light, easy to be made, high efficiency, tight adherence between coating and PVC, etc.
