PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system or the like capable of easily and inexpensively distributing contents data.

SOLUTION: A server apparatus 300 in the data distribution system distributes contents data outputted in at least either of a display output mode and a loudspeaking output mode in mobile phones 100 and distributes characteristic data denoting output characteristics when the mobile phones 100 output each of the contents data by each model of the mobile phones 100, for every content data distributed based on each model of the mobile phones 100. On the other hand, when reproducing sound data acquired from the server apparatus 300, each of the mobile phones 100 loudspeaks sound by adjusting the frequency characteristic of the sound data on the basis of the characteristic data acquired together with the sound data.
