<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new taste improving food and drink material and a taste improver each capable of sufficiently enhancing flavor allowing to sense as taste such as body taste through applying, enhancing and improving taste such as body taste which cannot be expressed only by basic 5 tastes expressed as sweet taste, salt taste, bitter taste, sour taste and deliciousness, and to provide food and drink having deliciousness of an extent to correspond with high demand of recent taste. <P>SOLUTION: This taste improver comprises a high boiling point component mixture of animal and vegetable oil and fat subjected to oxidation treatment, or a refined processed product of distillate residue which is obtained by removing low boiling point component from animal and vegetable oil and fat subjected to oxidation treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
