PROCESS FOR SUPPORTING RECYCLING AND FACILITY FOR MANAGING SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING RECYCLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for supporting recycling, which is used for managing that animal and plant residues to be discharged are reused suitably as an activated/carbonized material and supporting that a recycling system is performed smoothly.

SOLUTION: The process for supporting recycling is provided with: a discharge facility 2 for discharging animal and plant residues 3; a recycling facility 5 for activating/carbonizing discharged animal and plant residues 3 to produce the activated/carbonized material 4; a sales company 6 for selling activated/carbonized material 4; and a management facility 10 for managing a step of reusing animal and plant residues 3 as the activated/carbonized material 4. The management facility 10 issues a recycle card, which certifies that discharged animal and plant residues 3 are reused suitably as the activated/carbonized material 4, to the discharge facility 2.
