SEMICONDUCTOR ELECTRODE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND SOLAR CELL INCLUDING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor electrode capable of improving photoelectric efficiency by suppressing reverse reaction of an excited electron.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor electrode includes a metal oxide layer consisting of metal oxide particles absorbing dyestuff, and an organic substance arranged on a surface of the metal oxide layer. The organic substance is either of an aromatic series or a hetero aromatic series having electron donors.
