<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe that easily prevents contamination of a stored object or mixing of a foreign matter and is produced easily compared to a syringe using a gasket. <P>SOLUTION: The syringe comprises an outer 15 having a delivery port 12 on one end and an end opening 14 on the other end, a flexible tube 20 received in the outer tube 15 and having a blocked section 17 on one end and an open section 19 on the other end, a joint section 21 for connecting the open section 19 side of the flexible tube 20 and the end opening 14 side of the outer tube 15 in a liquidtight fashion, and an operation means 25 for contracting or expanding the flexible tube 20. A receiving chamber 22 communicating with the delivery port 12 is defined between the inner wall of the outer tube 15 and the flexible tube 20.
