PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress undesirable change of a steering gear ratio due to the change of the position of a king pin shaft accompanied by the change of a steered angle of a steering wheel. SOLUTION: A suspension gear ratio Ks changing due to the change of the position of the king pin shaft 132 accompanied by the change of steered angle of the front wheel is calculated (S20). A first target relative rotation angleθrt1 for setting the relationship of a steering gear ratio relative to the steering angleθto a predetermined reference relationship is calculated (S30) by setting the steering gear ratio to the target steering gear ratio Kv. A second target relative rotation angleθrt2 for setting the relationship of the change of the steering gear ratio relative to the change of the steering angleθs and the vehicle speed V to the desired relationship is calculated (S40) by the relationship of the predetermined reference. The target relative rotation angleθrt is calculated as the sum of the first target relative rotation angleθrt1 and the second target relative rotation angleθrt2 (S50).
