PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new peptide lipid compound, particularly a peptide lipid compound useful as a biodegradable film and an adhesive for fluororesins. SOLUTION: The peptide lipid compound contains≥3 leucine groups and has a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group on both terminals of the peptide. The compound is expressed by chemical formula R<SP>1</SP>-C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n</SB>-CONH-R<SP>2</SP>(-COO-C<SB>m</SB>H<SB>2m+1</SB>)<SB>2</SB>(R<SP>1</SP>is -N<SP>+</SP>X<SP>-</SP>H<SB>i</SB>(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>3-i</SB>(X is a halogen atom; and i is 0-3); R<SP>2</SP>is a polypeptide composed of 3-6 leucine groups and 1-2 amino acids selected from glutamic acid and aspartic acid and bonding to the carboxyl-side terminal of the leucine group; n is 2-12; and m is 12-16).
