PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device with a camera-shake compensation function capable of appropriately correcting a camera-shake even when an arithmetic processor which is installed in a main body case and an imager which is moved along an X-Y plane are electrically connected together. SOLUTION: The imaging device with a camera-shake compensation function includes a flexible substrate 20 having both extending ends where a camera-shake compensation mechanism which moves the imager 101 in the X-Y plane to follow up in accordance with the camera-shake while taking a photographing optical axis as a Z-axis direction and the arithmetic processor are electrically connected. The flexible substrate 20 includes a second extending part 210 and a fourth extending part 212 extending in the Z-axis direction after being bent with plastic deformation, and regarding an intersection between a plane including the second extending part 210 and the X-Y plane and an intersection between a plane including the fourth extending part 212 and the X-Y plane, one intersects the X-axis direction, and the other intersects the Y-axis direction.
