The device has a retainer (1) that is fixed at a frame part by a connecting unit (5). The retainer comprises a flange (4) and a pipe (2) that is provided on the flange, where the pipe is connected firmly with the flange. A bolt head (10) of the connecting unit is accommodated in a positive-fit manner and is secured at the retainer against movement from a form closure. A securing unit is supported at a lower side of the retainer.
