摘要 <p>The animal cell culturing device comprises a container (40) for the uptake of a cell suspension, a device for feeding- and discharge of gas into the cell suspension, and a device for production of a current in the cell suspension. The device for feeding- and discharge of gas comprises two stators (3, 4) or a multiple stator, which in each case exhibit gas-permeable hoses (5) led through the cell suspension. The suspension flows past several segments of the hoses in the direction of flow caused by the device for the production of a current. The animal cell-culturing device comprises a container (40) for the uptake of a cell suspension, a device for feeding- and discharge of gas into the cell suspension, and a device for production of a current in the cell suspension. The device for feeding- and discharge of gas comprises two stators (3, 4) or a multiple stator, which in each case exhibit gas-permeable hoses (5) led through the cell suspension. The suspension flows past several segments of the hoses in the direction of flow caused by the device for the production of a current. The device for the production of a current comprises a radially acting agitator. The stator exhibits in each case two guiding elements, between which a hose is led to and fro, by partial coiling of the two guiding elements. The hoses exhibit an outside diameter (D) of 0.5-5 mm and/or a length/outside diameter-ratio (L/D) of 2000-40000 and/or wall thickness/outside diameter-ratio (X/D) 0.05-0.4. Piping for the feeding- and the discharge of gas in the guiding devices, is intended and the hose is connected in a gas-conducting manner with the piping by a hose flange. The segments of the hose are arranged in the container in such a manner that they run more or less in vertical direction through the container. Spacer between the segments of the hoses is intended at the guiding elements. The distance (S) between the segments of the hoses with an outside diameter (D) is 1 mm. The stators are arranged in the direction of flow one behind the other. The segments of the stator arranged closer to the device for production of a current, are less closely packed than that of a stator arranged behind it. The stators are arranged interlockably one another in such a manner that in the cross-sectional view in each case, a gas-permeable hose of the respective outer stator surrounds the gas-permeable hose of the internal stator. The current primarily radial to the rotation axis of the agitator, is produced within the range of the hose membrane. The radially acting agitator is an anchor agitator (2) with 4-8 agitation blades, which are arranged with an angle of incidence of 45-135[deg] to the direction of flow. The agitation blades are led between the two stators.</p>
