A tooth brush contains a cleaning head as a body with a hollow for a cleaning agent, fixed to a handle, limited on one side by a perforated wall with a plenty of bristles, and on the other side with a lid that is pressed into the hollow. The lid, which is pressed into the hollow, is made as an elastic membrane, the edges of which are hermetically connected to the body around the perimeter of the hollow.
