Inner walls of housing are faced with sound absorbing material. Inlet and outlet branch pipes are in the form of cylindrical sleeves mounted along different axes in housing. Relation of length b of housing to maximum dimension V of its end planes, for example made in the form of ellipse, circle, square is in range of optimal values 1.0 - 2.5.
