PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the sufficient stroke of a workpiece grip part of a loader device while holding the height of a space required for the installation of the loader device low. SOLUTION: The loader device 10 is provided with a moving base 18 horizontally moving along a track 16; a first slider 20 supported in a vertically movable manner to the moving base 18; a second slider 22 supported in a vertically movable manner to the first slider 20; a first slider actuator 40 for driving the first slider 20; and a second slider actuator 48 for driving the second slider 22. The first slider actuator 40 is controlled to stop the first slider 20 only in two upper limit and lower limit positions with respect to the moving base 18, and the second slider actuator 48 is controlled to position the second slider 22 in an optional height position with respect to the first slider 20.
