PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding unit of a strip wrapping material, wherein a temperature of an adhesive is maintained to be nearly constant. SOLUTION: The feeding unit 1, advancing a strip 2 consisting of the wrapping material, has an adhesive applying device 3, wherein the applying device 3 is composed of an adhesive applying roller 6 and a transmitting roller 8, rotating to a reverse direction each other around parallel horizontal axial lines 13 and 18 and also being brought into contact with each other in the tangential direction along an area coinciding with a straight line generant common to both. At least one roller is maintained at a temperature predetermined by a fluid passed through a circuit 29, wherein the first part 30 of the circuit 29 extends along an axes 12 and 17 supporting and driving the roller and the second part 31 is positioned in the roller itself. The circuit has valves 38 and 40 operating respectively along a flow branch 37 and a return branch 39 of the circuit, wherein these valves are combined to a driving axis and its corresponding roller to be opened and shut as required and are arranged between the first and second parts.
