CLEANING METHOD OF AMMONIA-CONTAINING WASTE WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning method for ammonia-containing waste water to be stably remove ammonia gas at a low cost without requiring maintenance. SOLUTION: After heating the ammonia-containing waste water by a heat exchanger 1 and a heater 2, the waste water is fed to an ejector 9 incorporated in an ammonia diffuser 8 to be mixed with air heated by a heat exchanger 4. They are ejected to a dispersion plate 10 to be agitated, which causes a gas-liquid contact to strip the ammonia gas from the ammonia-containing waste water. The stripped ammonia gas is mixed with air to be heated, and then fed to an exhaust gas combustor 6 to be oxidatively degraded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
