The device has a mixing pen (12) with a mixer unit (14) driven in rotation by an engine (18). An electronic control unit (ECU) controls the engine and a hydraulic actuator (32). The control unit (ECU) comprises a time delay control that controls driving of the mixer unit for a predetermined mixing duration. The unit (ECU) has an actuation control that controls the passage of a trap door (30) in an evacuation configuration when the mixing duration is at end and a low level of a product e.g. concrete, in a receiving hopper (26) is detected. |
