PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of responding to a required complicate application while preventing increase in circuit scale or increase in power consumption as well as deterioration of processing performance. SOLUTION: This data processor comprises a plurality of exclusive arithmetic parts 4, 5 and 6 performing predetermined arithmetic processing, a signal line 10 connected to the plurality of exclusive arithmetic parts 4, 5 and 6, and a common arithmetic part 9 performing specified processing, which is connected to the plurality of exclusive arithmetic parts through the signal line 10.
