PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable wearing cycle of a contact lens which suppresses a generation of flaw on a lens surface due to deficient cleaning or excessive cleaning of a lens since the effect a finger cleaning can be displayed at a maximum by cleaning the lens according to a cleaning method of the present invention, and to provide a lens processing liquid agent which is safe and comfortable for the eye by enabling use within a proper range of surface active agent concentration as compared with a conventional dip-cleaning method since a process of cleaning operation by a user which can not normally be controlled can be controlled into a constant process to a certain extent by the method. SOLUTION: This method is the finger cleaning wherein a liquid agent containing a surface active agent and/or a viscous agent is jetted to the contact lens from a container in a foamed state, and foam disappear a specific time later during the finger cleaning, so that a user can recognize the completion of cleaning.
