PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display device by which spacers can be accurately disposed between pixels and the liquid crystal display device having high contrast can be manufactured. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display device including a step for disposing the spacers 111 on one substrate 102 which constitutes the liquid crystal display device 10 and a step for forming a conductive layer 104 on the substrate 102 corresponding to positions between a plurality of pixels, the conductive layer 104 are charged e.g. negatively and the spacers 111 charged in a polarity reverse to that of the conductive layer 104 are scattered on the substrate 102.
