PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size high output/high resolution motor operated valve at low cost by storing a reduction gear and a rotor together in a single can. SOLUTION: A valve rod 32 including a valve element 30 is inserted in an motor operated valve main body 10. A rotor 170 is provided in the can 100 fixed on the main body 10 side. The reduction gear 200 is stored inside of the rotor 170. Output of the rotor is input to a sun gear 220, and is transmitted to a planetary gear 230. The planetary gear 230 simultaneously meshes with a fixed gear 250 and an output gear 260, and the output gear is driven at large reduction gear ratio. Output of the output gear 260 is transmitted to a screw shaft 320 via a driver 300, converted into linear motion and transmitted to the valve rod 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
