The assembly has a case (6) receiving a rotary shaft (4) of an electric motor (2) and a spiral (12) formed of specific number of windings (121-12n). A hub (14) is rotatively connected to the shaft and freely moves with respect to the shaft along a principal direction of the shaft. A cross-bar (22) freely moves with respect to the hub along the principal direction. The winding (12m) passes on both sides of the hub during its rotation so as to cause an axial displacement of the hub and the cross-bar.
