PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow accurate survey without labor for correction, when arranging a target on a survey point. SOLUTION: A periphery 31 positioned with an end part of a collimation face 2 displaying a collimation pattern of the target 3 for a survey apparatus is allotted to a survey point P, the collimation center point 5 of the collimation pattern set on the periphery 31 is aligned with the survey point P, the collimation center point 5 is collimated by a telescope 4a of the survey apparatus 4, while directing the collimation face 2 toward a survey apparatus 4 side, and the collimated collimation center point 5 is regarded as the survey point P to carry out the survey.
