PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a great deal of negative ion effect and a great deal of far infrared radiation effect, to provide a thermal effect on the body and to increase a heat insulating effect of a floor part to attain excellent energy saving. SOLUTION: A healthy panel board using ore and carrying in a forming material that can generate negative ion and far infrared radiation or ion is developed. Alternatively, low temperature cost maintenance can be performed by an energy-saving device minimizing the generation of CO<SB>2</SB>to develop a device, an effect, or the like that could not be attained by preceding technology.
