<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient deodorization even in places of extremely cold climates and snowy areas by providing the apparatus with a dust removing device for removing the dust of the air contg. the smells generated from a fermentation tank for executing a fermentation and composting treatment of cattle dung, etc., and a deodorizing device for deodorizing the smells and air subjected to the dust removal by passing both through the inside of rock wool deodorant materials. SOLUTION: A composting apparatus 2 is provided with the fermentation tank 2a and the bottom of this fermentation tank 2a is provided with a fan 3 for sending pressure wind. Cobbles are laid to a prescribed thickness under the rock wool deodorizing device 1 and a deodorant material 6 composed of rock wool as a main raw material is deposited thereon. The upper part of the deodorant material 6 is provided with a water spraying device 7. The malodorous gases generated from the fermentation tank 2a are taken out by a smell capturing roof 2b and the smells and air subjected to dust removal in this device are supplied via a smell supply pipe 8 to the bottom of the rock wool deodorizing device 1 by a fan 5. The air and smells are passed through the inside of the deodorant material 6, by which deodorization is effected. The deodorized air is released as odorless air 10 into the atmosphere.</p> |
