Sealing profile in order to secure a waterproof transition area between two mobile structures, its production process and a sealing module containing the profile

The profile (201) has a rigid part (202) to fix the profile to one of movable structures. A sealed flexible lip (205) is connected to the part (202) and is deformed by the other structure due to force for obtaining a sealed interface. An elastic return unit (208) exerts a return force on the lip due to the force. The unit (208) is based on rubber type elastomer or thermoplastic polymer, and is formed of a single part with the lip by co-extrusion. The unit (208) presents a contact surface with the lip which is discontinuous in the longitudinal direction of the profile.
