Disease resistant cucumber plants

The present invention provides a plant of the species Cucumis sativus which plant exhibits resistance to cucumber closterovirus and to cucumber powdery mildew. In a preferred embodiment, the chromosomal region(s) containing alleles associated with closterovirus resistance and the chromosomal region(s) containing alleles associated with powdery mildew resistance are present on a single chromosome.
