A wastepaper roll system for a rotary press is provided to rapidly process wastepaper and to prevent erroneous operation of the rotary press due to penetration of wastepaper. In a wastepaper roll system for a rotary press, a pair of winding rollers are installed on a supporting unit(2) formed on a top of a half knife cutting device of the rotary press. The winding roller is inserted into an axial rod(8) and is connected to a reduction motor through a rear side pulley rotating together with the winding roller by a pressing pressure. A front side pulley fixed to the axial rod is connected to a following axis. The following axis is connected and formed to a linear bearing through a horizontal axis of an eccentric axis and a rod. Each of the guide rollers is connected to the linear bearing. And, the waste paper removed from a label mother paper is sequentially wound on the winding roller by a guidance of the guide roller.
