A Ziegler-Natta catalyst composition is provided to produce polyethylene resins having improved non-sagging characteristics and high mechanical characteristics such as creep characteristics and impact resistance. A Ziegler-Natta catalyst comprises a main catalyst consisting of a halogenated complex of magnesium and titanium, and a cocatalyst consisting of an organometallic compound of Group II or III in the periodic table. The Ziegler-Natta catalyst composition is obtained by mixing a catalyst A having a titanium content of 5-10wt% and a Ti^(3+) conversion of 60-85% with a catalyst B having a titanium content of 25-40wt% and a Ti^(3+) conversion of 60-85% in a molar ratio of 1:0.5 to 1:10.
