METHOD OF SEARCHING FOR NOVEL DRUG DISCOVERY TARGETS

The present inventors conducted dedicated studies to solve the above objectives. As a result, the inventors developed libraries of expression vectors for stem-loop RNA molecules that allow comprehensive screening for gene function, and methods of comprehensively screening for drug target molecules using these libraries. By using these methods, the inventors identified drug target molecules whose suppressed expression is expected to have heightened effects.
