<p>The method involves designing a contact unit (4) on a circuit carrier (3), where the contact unit has a convex, metallized surface (4.1), which is electrically connected with a circuit. A recess (5), which is in the form of a passage hole, is provided in the cable such that the recess completely pierces an electrical conductor (1.1) in the cable to uncover a conducting surface of the conductor. The cable with its recess is moved to the contact unit such that the uncovered conducting surface of the conductor is obtained in an electrical conducting contact with the metallized surface. An independent claim is also included for a component comprising a three dimensional circuit carrier with a circuit and a cable with one or several electrical conductors.</p> |
