<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain highly accurate CT images by holding the position of an X-ray source, an X-ray detector and an imaging object to an appropriate position at all times during imaging. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus is provided with a sample stage 4 where the imaging object 5 is placed, the X-ray source 2 for radiating X rays 7 to the imaging object 5, the X-ray detector 3 for detecting X rays 7 radiated from the X-ray source 2, and a gantry 1 which is set to be rotatable about a rotational axis of the imaging object 5 and supports the X-ray source 2 and the X-ray detector 3. A positional deviation of the X-ray source 2, the X-ray detector 3 and the imaging object 5 is detected by indices 11 and 12 in the X-ray CT apparatus. The X-ray source 2 and the X-ray detector 3 are three- dimensionally moved during imaging based on the detected result, whereby the positional deviation is corrected.</p> |
