The childproof carton for washing agents has flaps (27 - 30) mounted on its lip. These fit under the rim of the lid and hold it shut. They can be pressed inwards to release the lid through apertures (55, 56) arranged in pairs around the corners of the lid with a spacing corresponding to the distance between the finger and thumb of an adult.
