The present invention relates to piperazine of formula (I) wherein R represents halogen, C_1-4 alkyl, trifluoromethoxy or trifluoromethyl; R₁ is trifluoromethyl, C_1-4 alkyl, C_1-4 alkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethoxy; R₂ is hydrogen, C_1-4 alkyl or C_2-6 alkenyl; R₃ represents hydrogen or C_1-4 alkyl; n and m are independently 0 or an integer from 1 to 3; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, process for their preparation and their use in the treatment of condition mediated by tachykinins and/or by selective inhibition of the serotonin reuptake transporter protein.
