PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying stand serving also as a packaging box which is used in such a way that a product, such as an elongated burner, etc., for outdoor use, is put in a packing box and is delivered to a store, where the packing box can be transformed easily into a displaying stand only by opening the lid of the packing box without breaking packing. SOLUTION: According to the packing box (200), a sheet of corrugated board (100), where four subside faces composing a side face (2) are formed consecutively, is folded into a square tube shape. Each of the four subside faces is divided into three or four portions via folds (Q) and (R), and each ridge line X between subside faces has a fold and a cut. The four subside faces are pushed down to fold them via the folds (Q) and (R), which causes the four subside faces to stand as support legs (10), (10), (10), and (10), thus constructs the displaying stand serving also as the packing box.
