An apparatus for absorbing the vibration of an HDD(Hard Disc Drive) for a vehicle is provided to improve a resonance and vibration characteristic of the HDD and prevent the damage of the HDD due to the vibration by allowing a weight connected to a vibration transmitting spring to absorb the vibration generated in the HDD. An HDD unit(100) includes an HDD cover(112) and an HDD(114). The HDD(114) is embedded in the HDD cover(112). A vibration transmitting spring(120) is combined to a lower surface of the HDD unit(100). A weight(130) has weight in proportion to the weight of the HDD unit(100), and connects to the vibration transmitting spring(120).
