PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof partition device which is enhanced in fire resistant efficiency by positively preventing warping of a panel in case of a fire, through a simple structure, is inexpensively produceable without employing a special structure or special fireproof materials, and facilitates assembly thereof. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the fireproof partition device, a plurality of upward projective pieces 22b like comb teeth are formed on a front surface of a coping 4 fixed to a lower surface of a ceiling, and a plurality of downward pieces like comb teeth are formed on a lower end of a rear piece 24a of an upper portion receiving member 24 which is fitted onto an upper end of the panel. Then by making the upward projective pieces and the downward pieces in mesh with each other, the upper end of the panel 6 can be prevented from warping. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
