PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fit-in structure of a panel board 6 having no frame on the exterior side and being excellent in watertightness. SOLUTION: Metal plates 1 are laminated on obverse and reverse sides of a core material 3, and wooden materials 4 and surface materials 2 are laminated further on the obverse and reverse sides thereof, which are integrated to obtain a base body 9. After that, a cutter is put from a face of the base body 9 to form a recessed groove 10a reaching a position near the center. Then, the recessed groove 10a which is narrower than the recessed groove 10a is cut to the depth beyond the metal plate 1 to form a stepped groove. A synthetic resin 5' is injected to the position beyond a step 11 of the stepped groove, and is cured. A resin layer, which is cured in the narrower recessed groove, is cut by the cutter which is perpendicularly put into the resin layer. The injected side serves as the exterior side, and a surface of plastic 5 and an end face of the base body are painted. The panel board 6 like a glass or wooden panel is placed, and a frame 13 is fitted from the interior face side to hold and fix the panel board 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
