PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a filtering object of an air filter from infiltrating into a canister. SOLUTION: The fuel supply device 10 sends the atmosphere introduced into a case 28 from an intake port 34 of a case upper 36, to the canister 12 from the other end side opening part of a tube 30, after passing through the air filter 32 upward from below, and entering one end side opening part 30A of the tube 30. Here, for example, when vibration acts on the air filter 32 by vibration when a vehicle travels, sometimes dirt and water sticking to the air filter 32 are dropped to the lower side of the air filter 32, but the one end side opening part 30A of the tube 30 communicates with the inside of the case 28 on the upper side of the air filter 32. Thus, the dust, the dirt and the water are restrained from entering the inside of the tube 30, and intrusion of the dust, the dirt and the water into the canister 12 is restrained.
