PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Nageshi (non-penetrating tie beam) capable of preventing a gap from being formed between the Nageshi and a wall face, inhibited from being damaged by the tip end of a hanger or the like and free from delamination. SOLUTION: The Nageshi (non-penetrating tie beam) 10 comprises a Nageshi main body 22 of a long-sized plate shape and a recessed groove forming member 24 bonded on the top of the Nageshi main body 22 for forming a recessed groove 16. The Nageshi main body 22 and the recessed groove forming member 24 are individually made as separate members, and therefore, the Nageshi main body 22 can be made of a material such as a medium density fiber board (MDF), plywood or solid wood which can be easily machined and the recessed groove forming member 24 can be made of a hardly damaged material such as a hard resin (ABS, polypropylene, polystyrene) or a metal (aluminum) which has an excellent life.
