PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional reinforcing fiber sheet having excellent reinforcing effects, and also having both of flexibility and dimensional stability imparted by considering operability. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fiber sheet is obtained by forming a reinforcing fiber group (1) obtained as one unit by paralleling the reinforcing fibers and not twisting or twisting the paralleled fibers, and arranging the units in one direction. Covering assistant fibers (2, 3) are arranged on both surfaces of the fiber sheet in the length direction of the reinforcing fibers, and each covering assistant fiber is enlaced with the covering assistant fibers arranged at the opposite surface of the fiber sheet to form a bag-shaped warp-knit texture, and the reinforcing fiber group (1) is inserted into the bag-shaped warp-knit texture in the warp direction.
