PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treatment facility with which in the continuous heat-treatment facility having both of heating function and cooling function for performing the heat-treatment for two or more kinds of steel strips, wherein the deformation and the damage caused by the heat of heating apparatus and a cooling apparatus, are little and it has sufficient cooling capacity. SOLUTION: The heat-treatment facility which is used in the continuous heat-treatment line performing the heat-treatment for steel strip and for which heating and cooling are used in combination, is provided with; a heating apparatus for heating the steel strip passing through in the heat-treatment facility; a sucking hole for atmospheric gas arranged on a wall part of the heat-treatment facility; a blowing duct for atmospheric gas arranged in the heat-treatment facility; a gas circulating apparatus for sucking the atmospheric gas in the heat-treatment facility from the sucking hole and spouting to the blowing duct; and a gas cooling facility for cooling the atmospheric gas sucked from the heat-treatment facility before spouting to the blowing duct.
