A sash of a sliding and tilt system window having an adiabatic and sealed structure is provided to increase air conditioning and heating efficiencies and to make residential environment pleasant by insulating thermally, cutting off the outside air and sealing hermetically between inner/outer sashes of a window frame and a window frame. A sash of a sliding and tilt system window having an adiabatic and sealed structure is formed for cutting off the transfer of the inside and outside air to inner/outer sashes of a window frame and inner/outer sashes of an intermediate column of a window frame by installing heat insulation materials(300) between an outer sash(110) and an inner sash(120) of a window frame, and, an outer sash(141) and an inner sash of an intermediate column of a window frame, preventing the conduction of heat contacted with inner/outer sashes(132,131) by installing a sash(140) of an intermediate column of a window frame on the upper side of the outer sash and the inner sash of a window frame and binding up a packing support sash(130) installed to the outside with the outer sash and the inner sash using heat insulation materials, and taking adiabatic effect by coupling a window frame(200) with an outer sash(201) and an inner sash(202) of a window frame using heat insulation materials.
