PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner liner for a pneumatic tire which has excellent air permeability and excellent dynamic fatigue durability in a low-temperature area, and capable of enhancing the internal pressure keeping property when the new tire is used in a cold district, and after the tire is used. SOLUTION: The inner liner for the pneumatic tire includes a resin laminate 9 composed of two or more layers. In at least one layer to constitute the resin laminate 9, the residual strain after the repeated elongation of 18% at -30°C is≤17.5%.
