PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire mounting structure capable of preventing the intrusion of rain water to electric equipment. SOLUTION: The spare tire mounting structure is provided with frames 31, 32 extendedly provided so as to surround a spare tire 15 provided on the outer surface side of a back door 11 between the back door 11 and frames; reinforcement members 33, 34 and 35 for reinforcing the frames 31, 32; hinges 39a, 39b provided so as to be turnable on the back door 11 and supporting one-side ends of the frames 31, 32; a spare tire cover 41 provided so as to cover the frames 31, 32; the electric equipments 37, 38 provided on the reinforcement member 33; and harnesses 73a, 73b and 73c wired from the frame 32 along the reinforcement member 33 and connected to the electric equipment 37, 38.
