PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag folding method, an airbag folding device, and an airbag having excellent development characteristic and capable of reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The airbag 12 is expanded flat. The airbag 12 is pressed by a first pressing body 51 radially from its outer peripheral side to form first stacking parts 61 in a corrugated manner. Radially extending parts 62a remained between the first stacking parts 61 are pressed by a push-in piece 56 of a folding-crease providing means 54 to provide folding creases. The radially extending parts 62a with the folding creases provided thereon are pressed by a second pressing body 52 from their outer peripheral sides, and folded in a corrugated manner to form second stacking parts. The airbag 12 is folded in a line-symmetric shape. When gas is introduced therein, the airbag 12 is rapidly developed toward the outer peripheral side without directivity.
