PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing levee blocks which can be stably manufactured at a low cost even for a levee block having a prescribed form, by adopting a prescribed injection molding method by using a reclaimed polyolefin resin and fly ash as main compositions. SOLUTION: By the method of manufacturing levee blocks, a levee block, in which a main plate and two side plates mutually different or the same in length are made to form a U-letter shape or dogleg shape in section and which is long in the horizontal direction, are manufactured; and the manufacturing method includes the following processes (a)-(c); that is, a plasticizing process (a) of heating and mixing a resin composition containing 1-120 pts.wt. of the fly ash with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the reclaimed polyolefin resin being a main component, at a temperature in the range of 150-250°C to plasticize the resin composition; an injection process (b) of injecting the plasticized resin composition into a mold by using a plunger while dividing into several stages; and a molding process (c) of cooling the mold and solidifying the plasticized resin composition to convert it to a formed article of the levee block.
