PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halo pseudo incrustation decorative object which not only increases the visibility, but also imparts a high class impression by presenting a pseudo incrustation during daytime, and at the same time, further increases the decorative property by a performance with light during night. SOLUTION: At a part of a transparent resin base material 11, an opaque undercoat layer 12 is totally or partially formed. At least two pieces of decorative layers 13a and 13b are formed to be adjacent to each other on the opaque undercoat layer 12 and the transparent resin base material 11. A laser beam machined mark p which reaches the inside of the transparent resin base material 11 is formed on the boundary between the decorative layers 13a and 13b. This halo pseudo incrustation decorative object 10 is constituted in such a manner that light which is guided to the transparent resin base material 11 is visible through the laser beam machined mark p and/or the decorative layers 13a and 13b.
